  • What do casting directors say about actors showreels?
  • Do you film scenes if I have no material?
    No. I don't film any new scenes.
  • How much material do I need for a showreel?
    2 - 3 minutes of good quality work is perfect. Don't worry if you only have one scene to begin with. Quality is more important than quantity. As long as it's edited and produced well one single scene is a great place to start.
  • Where can I find examples of your work?
    You can find examples of my work on the Showreels section of this website under both Actors and Directors.
  • Where do I find material for my showreel?
    If you have been in TV Film and Theatre productions it is possible to source clips from your former employers. I will help you attain these clips.
  • I only have DVD's of my work, how can I turn them into a Showreel?
    That's no problem. Send me the DVD and I can transpose it to digital. I will then mail it back to you. DVD's can also be dropped off in person. I am based in Edinburgh.
  • I have too much footage, how do I pick my best work?
    Send me everything you have and together we can pick the strongest and most impactful material to highlight your talents. An objective eye is often helpful when choosing scenes and it can also be useful to send a draft to your agent prior to publishing the final showreel.
  • I am an actor. Can I add theatre scenes to my showreel?
    This all depends on the quality of the footage. I recommend only including scenes that are filmed to a high standard. I am happy to advise on this.
  • How often should I update my showreel?
    If you have new clips you think might enhance your showreel then I would recommend updating your showreel as soon as the new footage is available.
  • I want you to make me a Showreel, what do I do next?

  • Do you only produce actors showreels?
    I produce showreels for actors, directors, theatre companies, dancers, singers and anyone that needs a showreel to showcase their work.
  • How do I pay?
    Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. As soon as I receive payment I will send you your master copy showreel via WeTransfer.
