No. I don't film any new scenes.
2 - 3 minutes of good quality work is perfect. Don't worry if you only have one scene to begin with. Quality is more important than quantity. As long as it's edited and produced well one single scene is a great place to start.
You can find examples of my work on the Showreels section of this website under both Actors and Directors.
If you have been in TV Film and Theatre productions it is possible to source clips from your former employers.
I will help you attain these clips.
That's no problem. Send me the DVD and I can transpose it to digital. I will then mail it back to you. DVD's can also be dropped off in person. I am based in Edinburgh.
Send me everything you have and together we can pick the strongest and most impactful material to highlight your talents. An objective eye is often helpful when choosing scenes and it can also be useful to send a draft to your agent prior to publishing the final showreel.
This all depends on the quality of the footage. I recommend only including scenes that are filmed to a high standard. I am happy to advise on this.
If you have new clips you think might enhance your showreel then I would recommend updating your showreel as soon as the new footage is available.
